Ordering by Fax
Take advantage of our shopping cart to aid you in your book selection, then print the resulting order for faxing. Follow these simple steps:
- Add books to your shopping cart.
- Click the "checkout" link.
- Enter your shipping and billing information.
- Select "Fax My Order" in the payment types drop down, then complete your order. You do not need to provide any credit card or check information on the site.
- Print the resulting order confirmation page, fill in your payment information and fax to: 814-234-1651.
